Can PayPal take money from my bank account during dispute?

Hey there,
My name is Richard Rick. I'm an eBay seller for years and never had an issue. I typically withdraw my funds to my bank account after a sales. The buyer put a dispute, and eculated to a claim. Is it possible for PayPal to detuct/reverse the money out of my bank? I removed my bank info already.
