Fix duplicate post on WP

Hello everyone i have problem with duplicate content/post, some post has 2 url site.com/post-1/ and http://ift.tt/1SnBULr i want fix it and remove second link http://ift.tt/1SnBULr or redirect it on site.com/post-1/, on my site i have more then 20 post, but only 5-6 post has this duplicate post...
