The best free screen recording program

Hi guys!

I've tried to find a really good screen recording program available for free. I want it to be able to record internal sound directly. Unfortunally I haven't found any. I've tried Camstudio and wasn't satisfied and Bandicam was good, but you had to pay for it if you wanted to record over 10 mins.

Anyone that has any tips?
