payment gateway and debit card

hi guys,
i just would like to know what kind of debit card shall i get to be able to receive payments(earning ) from my online store and money that i make online

there's the maker account (18-24 year) i'm 19

normal bank account but required a minimum of 500$ deposit but i can only 300$ in the mean time..

or merchant account(e-payment)

will the maker account enough to get the job done ?or i need to go for 2nd choice .. or merchant account?
