Need someone to make a video compilation for me

I have 20 .mp3 files that are each between 20 - 60 seconds long.

Each file is a unique song.

I need someone to put all of these .mp3 files together in a random order with text animation showing the name of each song, while it's playing.

The final product shoud be .mp4.

I was doing this myself using Windows Movie Maker, but realized after song 5 that I was spending too much time on it, so I need to outsource this.
