Need an icon and an ICO. Easy and quick

Hi,

I need two simple tasks done.
1) Go to: OpinionPost(dot)com and create a 96x96 icon from the current favicon ICO on the website (the icon that has a P inside of an O).
2) Go to: CopyrightInform(dot)com and create a favicon ICO from the icon to the left of the logos text.

Make sure both are transparent.
