Is AdOnly (https://www.adonly.com) ad network dead?
They didn't pay anything in last 3 payment cycles and they didn't replay to support tickets for more then 1 month.

They said:
Notice: Payment will be taken 3 times a month, on the 10th, 20th, and 30th. For example: You request payment on 3rd then you will get paid on the 10th."
