PPC CTR too small

I have a website which generates ~10000 page views every day. Most of the page views come from google, so the traffic quality is good. However, the CTR of my adsense banners is really small (~0.7%-0.8%).

Could someone give me some suggestions on what should I change in positioning the banners so that I get the most out of them.
