need cheap vcc for verification

Hello can you suggest me cheapest vcc card (best will be free) provider. I need it to get a trial on google cloud, amazon web services or windows azure. I tried entropay but it doesn´t work with azure.

I will be happy if you can help me. Your personal experience with vcc you will suggest to me will be also good too
