Credited Youtube and Soundcloud Links on PTC

Hello,

I am trying to direct traffic to a youtube video and soundclound page but when applied to the bank of viewable ads on our page, it does not appear in order to get credit for the user but it does when clicking the "open in a new window" link within the viewed page on our site.

Please advise the best manner to post these media links in order to issue the correct payment to a user.
