Google duplicate content ziplist=disable while I don’t know what that is???

I have a recipe website. All is hard coded. yet for some reason google (webmaster) gives me duplicate error on some 30 pages and matches it to http://ift.tt/1KR5Aym

I don’t know where google gets that link from? I’ve never signed up for ziplist but it’s giving me headache. Can it be a malware? or … how do I get rid of it??? It will hurt my SEO please help..
