Google Analytics direct traffic to one of my websites has dropped by about 30% in one day and doesn't look to be recovering. Organic search and referral traffic are at the same levels.
It is just not feasible that 30% of my regular users decided overnight that were going to stop visiting my website so there must be another explanation.
Does anyone have any previous experience with an issue like this and have any suggestions about what the problem might be?
I'm totally confused.
