How can make the valid google webmaster policies for a Youtube embed site?

How can make the valid google webmaster policies for a site which using most contents from youtube ?

According to the policies from google, the site using embedded data from 3rd party will be in violation of the standard content due to its not adding value to the content.

I built a site with different categories, collect favorite videos to sort it into these categories. This has been considered a violation of regulations.

Are there any solutions to deal with this problem?
