Group Chat question - Looking for a tool with broadcast only mode or moderator only mode

I want to have a group chat so that people can see what's going on in an event. For about two hours of the event i want to be the only one speaking in the room. Is there an App (IOS and Android) that will let me do this for 150 people in the chat room. GroupMe is my go to App. I would love it if there was a way to do this with Twitter
