Valuable for Business and Clients?

If anyone owns an agency, I'm anxious to get your feedback. Live chat has been something that a lot of businesses have been utilizing as of late to add momentum to sales and conversion. If an agency had the capability to directly provide a 3rd party solution to the sites of their clients, would this be valuable to the agency (as well as their clients)?

I'm curious as to what, if any, the feedback and general needs from clients have been. Thanks!
