How to fix Google listing old website links and pages?

I have just started a Classified ads website, but a month ago I installed a pre-make theme with pages and categories to see if it was something I could work with, but it ended up been too slow and not suitable for mobile, but since I left it on the site google has listed the 300 pages that now point to nothing and get a 404 error.

How can I fix this, please?
