Would Facebook PPC work for logo design services

Hi I was weighing the decision between using Facebook PPC and Bing PPC to advertise logo design services. Though with Facebook its cheap but targeting is worse meaning you can only target interests instead of targeting buying keywords from people looking to buy. So I was wondering do you think Facebook would work? What keywords would you use? Target people who like web design or something?
