Website Design and Development Feedback?

Hi!

I have just launched and am still developing my site: http://ift.tt/1O0aLyG

I would mainly just like some feedback on it and where you think I can make it more attractive and likely to pull in potential clients.

Currently the big thing is the horrible image at the top, I am working on getting it changed but what suggestions are there to replace it?
