I have had issues with payment processors in the past as well as cell phone companies, credit card companies, ISP, etc.
Every time I got to the place that I felt the issue would not be resolved I would file a BBB.org complaint and almost every time I got not only the issue resolved favorably but get stuff for free as well.
This may only work for US customers, not sure.
