Need help on monetizing Latin traffic

Hi folks,
I am new here and had some trouble to monetize one of my websites.
The website has 3000 UV and 24000 PV/day, over 90% traffic coming from Spain, Mexico, Argentina and other Spanish language speaking countries.
My niche is men's health topic. Some ad network refuse to approve my website because they think it is adult.
I tried revenuehits but eCPM is extremely low.
I tried some adult affiliate program but no conversions.

Can anyone give me some advice?
