Hi dp I am planning to start a site which is mainly targetting the indian traffic. So i would like to know which domain name shud be the preferred choice and why (give nice and detailed reasons plz and no one line answers )

(a) .in or .co.in tld hosted at indian server
(b) .in or .co.in hosted at a server i.e. not indian.
(c).com hosted on indian server
(d) .com hosted on us server or uk server
Remember, main target is indian traffic only and i want to rank on better...
