I cannot edit the sale title and matter

Hi

In web hosting market place forum , i had a thread with a offer which is expired now

i dont need to post it again .. i am trying to create a new offer but it says to use edit or bump

But i cannot change the title of thread and the matter as well ?

can any one tell me how to do it or at least delete the older thread
