How Hard Is It To Rank A .info Domain ?

here is what I have :
1) an exact .info keyword as a domain;
2) low (15-20K) exact matches in global search and low competition between advertisers
3) the only website in the internet that is entirely dedicated to the keyword

How hard will it be to get to the first page of search ?
