Found my adsense niche. Is it good?

Hi guys,

I'm trying to build my first adsense niche site and would be happy if anyone could tell me If I'm on the right track here?

Keyword research was really hard for me but about after a weak of searching I found a key phrase in the health niche that has:

Available exact match domain (xxxxxxxxxxxx.net)
9,000 exact searches from google adwords keyword tool
5,000 local searches...
$5.00 average cost per click.
low competition

and google shows "About 600,000 results (0.34...

Found my adsense niche. Is it good?
