creation flow and trust flow, important ranking signals?

can someone explain me what is meaning of creation flow and trust flow and how it affects site rankings? i have only unique content, i'm also leaving my site's link in the comments with anchor text to gain backlinks, right now i have creation flow - 31 and trust flow -28 , is it good?
