Content Grouping or Segment?

I have a site in several languages. Using Regex (that was hard) I figured out how to just look at the landing pages for each country - great. Now I want a similar set of results but instead of seeing traffic to the home page I want to see all language traffic aggregated by market. My languages are defined in the url with country codes. /en/ /fr/ /de/ etc. I've tried a few things but am not getting anywhere. Any help greatly appreciated. Gavin
