Why not all the pages of my site indexed by Google?

Using Google's webmasters tool, I have submitted my website (http://ift.tt/1KXkNPw)

It has a site map here- http://ift.tt/1TyU1zl

I am not sure why Google is not indexing at least all the pages listed in sitemap?
