Need help for ranking a local site on google

I have a local news site and the contents arein fully local language..The site is about share market news...So After a keyword research I choose "share news" as a KW...I want to rank on google for this KW. But the problem is that my contents are fully in Local language so that I couldn't put my KW in the content.. So what should I do now for ranking?
Note: already 3 sites are Ranking for this KW which are also in local language
