$30 Fishing Tournament Flyer - 4 hour contest

I am looking to create a flyer for a fishing tournament. I will need a png, AI, and SVG file.

The flyer should look similar in format to this one, but I want a different style. I am not worried about the exact text because I can tweak that. I do need an area on the bottom for sponsors. I have the sponsor logos and I can add those later on. I am just looking for the layout.
