What to bill clients with?

Hi all,

Opening up a new digital marketing agency and was wondering, what is the best way to actually bill the client every month off of an invoice? When a client signs on with us, our proposals have them give us a credit card, but how do we actually use that to bill them for the services rendered?

Any ideas, or best options out there?
