User Experience- 77/100 Good?

I recently signed up with Google Webmaster tools. They have an option where you can check your website speed and etc.

I did this and it says my site is 77/100 for user experience with desktop and 70/100 for mobile.
It this good ratings?

It also says the following:

• Compressing could save 95.4KiB (79% reduction). What does this mean and how do I fix it?
