Unauthorized access

I've noticed this happening quite a lot lately when trying to post, The reply box is disabled and I'm unable to post.
I'm using up to date chrome browser and not using any adblocker.
It's an intermittent problem, refreshing the page sometimes fixes it, Just wondered if anyone else has been experiencing it or if staff were aware of it.
