Someone who can help design an easy to update fillable PDF.
Our current fillable PDF uses a product called "CENOPDF" and is a complete disaster.
I will give the old fillable PDF, and your task is translate or re-code it into a system which I can easily update and won't crash on new software.
It must be able to support dropdowns with pre-filled values, # or text fields and easy to program.
I'm fine with using whatever software you come up with.
