Does anyone here have any experience with mixi(jpn)?

Hi all
i would like to set up a campaign with the Japanese social network mixi .alas
i am not very savvy in Japanese and run into a few problems.

Do any of you have any idea of how good this social network is for driving traffic ?
how many english speakers are there ?
