How to recruit more high quality affiliates for ClickBank

we have juz started a new product in clickbank.
may i know how can i recruit more high quality affiliate?
we have tried to use adsense as per above and also tried to contact the people one by one ( mostly bloggers )

any idea can share? thanks!!
