Adsense in a Local Directory Site

I've launched a local business directory website ( findnearme[dot]us ) and trying to add data daily. Also put adsense code to earn from the site. Can you guys give me some tips how to increase more from the website?

Do you let me know any good keyword so that I can make new website on that keyword which will earn rapidly, obviously after a certain of period?
