Did RSS feed news is against adsense?

Hello folks



I just start to read about how to make money with RSS News on my website showing Google adsense,and i found that is against Google TOS.



Here you can see that Google not allow RSS feed websites to use with Adsense

But Google allow to display his news in RSS feeds...



Did RSS feed news is against adsense?
