Any ideas why my AdSense CPC dropped so much?

On all my sites I used to get an average of .25 to .35 CPC but now they all dropped to around .10 to .15

This 20 cent drop is costing me a lot of revenue. My sites are all still getting just about the same amount of traffic though, so I don't understand why CPC is so low. The ad positioning seems to be in good locations on all of my sites. I use mobile responsive ad sizes, and also the 160 x 600 banner that shows up for desktop visitors.
