I'm selling banner/sidebar ads on a sports website that gets about 250k impressions per year from a tier 2 country in the EU. Traffic is organic from bookmarks and Google. The site currently only has a single AdSense ad, the sidebar is completely clear of ads. Up to 3 ads will be placed on the site, no more. Readership is highly seasonal (>80% in May-September), so only yearly pricing is available.
