Relaunch with WP same URL - G ranking

Good evening,

have to relaunch a website (on same domain) now with WordPress.

Is there another way than to delete all current files from my webspace, in order to install WP properly (current html-CMS is not WP)??

How can I avoid losing my present G-ranking?
