goo.gl and bit.ly only count 2% from tiny.cc

I have allot of twitter followers ( 100k followers)
when I tweet 50 times in a day I get about 15,000 clicks or at least thats what tiny.cc says
when I use bit.ly or goo.gl it only give me 30 to 60 clicks,
how is this possible?
do bit.ly ans goo.gl dont count mobile devices or something
I have seen In the last month that I made no sales at al not even sign-ups this could be cause.
