Very simply, Just need 5 different people to create one account each at a website.
You will need a bank/credit card, a new email address and an address (can use a fake one)
Once it's created I will send you over a VCC to replace your credit cards details with so you won't be charged (you then delete your cc details completely too).
Then send me the login details to the account and the new email address and I will PayPal you $20.
Simple is that.
