Quality Score & Subdomains

Hi,

I going to promote 2 completely different services on adwords.

I have a dilemma:

1. Put both landing pages (mini-sites) on the same top domain as subdomains.

2. Create 2 different sites on different domains.

Can adwords dislike the option of 2 different services on subdomains with same master domain - both in the same adwords account? Can this lower my general quality score?

I hope someone can help me understand this.
