Open a listranker is a good idea?

/Excuse me but my english language skills is not too good... /

Yesterday I saw a listranker website (www.ranker.com). I really like this project and website. I thought, I open one in my country because doesn't have similar (only Q&A website).

What I Must Know this kind of website? This is a good idea, or difficult to make money with ranker?
