Does anyone used Visual.ly before? Why Publisher Link doesn't show up?

Hi,

I saw many recently infographics from new users who have just submitted infographics to Visual.ly - and the Publisher and Designer sections are showed up.

But when I upload mine, it doesn't show.

I don't know why!

Can anyone here tell me why?
