Can I use videogame screenshots in my gaming-review site?

Hello first of all,I'm glad I've become part of this community as there are many useful informations here,but to the business,I have a question.
Right now I'm going to build a website,I have several ideas and one of them is a game review site,so the question is,can I apply adsense on the site,which includes gaming screenshots-reviews?I want to review games like Mass effect or Bioshock or anything else,is this a fair use?Can I add adsense to this kind of site?
Any help will be appreciated.
