I'm new to Big Commerce and have experienced a strange thing with the cart. I'm hoping others have experienced same and can give me an idea what the problem might be.
In short, when one goes to a product page and clicks on the color choice, the quantity inexplicably jumps from 1 to 30! Its no wonder folks leave at that point. Problem is, I have no idea as to what the issue is or where to look for it.
If anyone has experienced a similar problem with their Big Commerce site and can share...
