Website Issue Help

Hi

I got some guy to design me a site but I am not sure how to make sub directories for different pages.

I need my site to have structure like below.

http://www.example.com/
http://ift.tt/24p6Opj
http://ift.tt/1Y8c0OJ
http://ift.tt/24p6ln4
http://ift.tt/1Y8bO1K

How do I do this - must I modify .htaccess or how? The guy cannot fix it so I am asking...
