Need eCommerce site for new business

Hi,

I'm looking to launch an eCommerce site for my new business, but I have limited experience in web design. My needs are as follows:

-Ability to customize orders with checkboxes and a text field
-Able to handle PayPal's Website Payments for checking out
-Submission sends an email with order info to my company

Any recommendations on where to start? I've already looked at using Wix, but I don't want to get too deep into it only to find out it can't meet my needs.
