I use a number of pop up networks around 8-10 on my websites. I have toyed with the idea of running my own pop up network. I have found a script used by a few ad networks already. Pretty expensive but I am willing to invest.
I also have a lot of free time to invest and always have internet access which I will know I will need.
The trouble is I am still trying to decide what business model to take.
Attracting publishers would be easy for me i believe as I control a few youtube channels...
